Yoga makes us feel good

Yoga is a science. It is proven. It works. It is physiological.

All the twisting and turning and breathing and balancing and creating cool shapes with our bodies fills us with happy endorphins. After yoga we feel relaxed, refreshed and re-energised, with a clearer mind and a calmer, more loving persona.

It is good for our bodies

In Yoga we build strength, we lengthen muscles, we become more flexible, we build stability and increase mobility. Yoga also helps with digestion, sleep, fatigue, nausea, cramps, muscle pain. It helps us to overcome injuries and prevent injuries.

A happy body equals a happy mind.

It is good for our minds

Yoga gives us time and space to work through all that is racing through our minds. We are able to sift through the thoughts and notice the ones that aren’t doing us any good. Over time we develop the skill to control our thoughts focusing only one the ones that serve us well.

We practise positive affirmations and mantras to keep us on the path to happiness.

We can do anything that we set out to do..the power is within us.
