After 8 years as a Primary School teacher and 4 years as a Children’s Yoga Teacher I know what makes a good lesson plan. These are tried and tested and constantly updated and adjusted to suit the needs of the children in the class that I am teaching.

I aim to create unique, fun and inspiring classes to engage children in the wonderful art of Yoga. All downloads are designed, created and drawn by myself.
